Roses & Roots LLC, How this Hobby became a passion
I moved from Alabama to Utah in 2024 after I married my wonderfully supportive husband. I had two biological children and I was blessed to gain four more bonus children with my marriage. I am a practicing nurse with a newly flexible schedule, but I needed a creative outlet for my mental health. In my search, I was introduced to the art and science of soap making. I felt that making soap would give me the creative outlet I needed and also serve a purpose for my family of eight.
The more I learned about the science of soap making, the more I fell in love. I started to give soaps and body care products to family and friends and they really seemed to love it. They continued to ask if I was going to turn this into a business and so here I am...
With this journey being created for my mental health and for my children, you may notice some of my soaps are named with little mental health twists, and I have an entire specialty line specifically designed for each of my children.
